This half-day seminar prepares junior attorneys to excel during the pre-trial and trial phase by teaching the supporting skills and role junior attorneys have to undertake.

 

 

Topics include:

  • Drafting and preparing typical pretrial disclosures and filings
  • Project management
  • Managing the logistics of a trial
  • Working with exhibits and transcripts
  • Working with the client and witnesses during trial
