PracticePro is seeking to hire talented 2L (Class of 2028) and 3L (Class of 2027) students as tutors for our Law School Mastery® program.
Law School Mastery® is an immersive law school prep and career coaching program that equips incoming 1Ls with the skills they need to excel in their first year and achieve their long-term academic and professional goals.
We are looking for tutors who are passionate about helping 1Ls succeed, committed to student development, and willing to invest the time and effort necessary to make a meaningful impact in the academic success of 1Ls. This is not a passive tutoring position. Successful tutors are proactive, responsive, engaged, and genuinely invested in their students' success.
Each Law School Mastery® tutor is assigned to multiple students. Tutoring focuses on mentorship, including developing study skills and strategies for academic success, rather than reviewing substantive material. Tutors meet with students regularly throughout their first semester and remain available by email or text to answer questions between meetings. The goal of tutoring is to identify where students are struggling and develop solutions tailored to their needs.
Law School Mastery® tutoring positions run from mid-August 2026 through January 2027 and require a commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per month.
Tutors are paid $30 per hour.
