The PracticePro Scholars Program (PSP) is a selective coaching, training, and recruiting program designed to help exceptional law students secure their dream employment while simultaneously building the skills, confidence, and professional savvy they need to thrive in practice.
Since launching the program, approximately 500 scholars have participated in PSP. Our Scholars go on to succeed as summer associates and early-career attorneys with top law firms across the country—and become part of a lifelong professional community.

Applicants must submit the following:

A 2-minute video introducing yourself, sharing one lesson from your 1L journey so far, and explaining why you want to become a PracticePro Scholar
Submission Instructions
- Complete the Application Form and email the application materials above to scholarships@practicepro.cc, email subject line “PracticePro Scholars Program – [your law school name]”.
- You must submit one PDF, containing your resume, transcript, and personal statement, titled “Full Name (Law School)_PracticePro Scholars Program Application,” e.g., Bailey Robinson (Emory)_PracticePro Scholars Program Application. You can either include a link to your video in the PDF file or attach it as a separate file in your transmission email.
- Unofficial copies of transcripts are sufficient. Please ensure that you include a transcript/grades for any credits that transferred to your undergraduate institution.
- We are aware that some law schools may not release grades until after the January application deadline. You must apply before the deadline, and then supplement your application with your law school transcript as soon as your grades are released. If you have to supplement your application with your law school transcript after the application deadline, please submit it as a PDF titled “Full Name (Your Law School)_Law School Transcript,” e.g., Bailey Robinson (Emory)_Law School Transcript.
- For the video, smartphone recordings are acceptable. Please ensure that you have not restricted the accessibility or permission to view your video before sending it to us. You can send standalone MP4 files that can be sent as an attachment in your application email. You can also share a Vimeo or YouTube link which can be unlisted but must remain available for access until December 31, 2026.
